Welcome to my blog! I want to use this space to share a blend of my workouts, fitness inspirations and tips, as well as my current obsessions.
I am a stay at home mom to my two kiddos (14 months apart) and when I’m not chasing them around, I’m teaching fitness in my community. I currently teach Stroller Strides and POP Pilates classes. I am also certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. And prior to having children, I worked in physical therapy in the outpatient setting for 7 years.
I grew up playing all different sports ranging from gymnastics to soccer. I’ve always loved to exercise, encourage others to exercise, and enjoy trying new types of exercise. Thank you for following along and I hope you find some inspiration along the way!
