It sure has been a busy couple of months between my daughter’s 3rd birthday, a weeklong trip with my husband, a wedding out of town and keeping up with the busy kiddos of mine!
I’m a firm believer in taking a break from the regular routine and indulge. But after our last stint out of town, I was really ready to get back to it! As much as I love relaxing, I also love to move my body and sweat. When I don’t exercise, I feel sluggish and just plain grumpy (not fun to be around).
Ahhhh, don’t we look so relaxed and happy? We thoroughly enjoyed eating & drinking all the things and taking our sweet time. (not having to rush back for nap or bedtime schedules).
Today I am sharing a quick no-equipment workout you can do at your next hotel room stay or when you are short on time and want to squeeze something in. Doing something is always better than nothing!
Perform each exercise for 1 Minute Each and Repeat 2-3x through. You will be feeling the burn, I promise!
